DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Continental United States
UPS Ground is our standard domestic shipping method. UPS Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

We also offer expedited shipping options including UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. Prices for these expedited services are quoted in our checkout system for you to consider.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
A $20 flat fee will be charged for all UPS ground shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For expedited shipping methods, you will be charged the calculated rate upon checkout.


Order Processing

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 5:00pm MST are shipped the next business day by 11:00am via UPS, unless special arrangements have been made.

Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional on orders that qualify for free ground shipping. We insure your purchase for its full value and all insurance costs are included in expedited shipping services.

Tracking your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This e-mail will contain your UPS tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time so USPS shipments will not be trackable.

Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:

• A 2nd Day Air package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A 2nd Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday

If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you to choose the appropriate method.

Customer Pickups
You are welcome to pickup your order at our retail location between the hours of 10am and 7pm. Orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Please call or e-mail us to arrange payment and coordinate your pickup. Arizona sales tax of 9.3% will be applied to all pickups.
